Located in the heart of Paris, this project reimagines the concept of urban luxury living. The design preserves the original structural charm—exposed beams and classic moldings—while introducing bold modern elements. We utilized SOECO ARTLIVING’s signature brass finishes to highlight key architectural features, creating a stunning contrast against the neutral palette. The open-plan layout maximizes natural light, flowing seamlessly from the living areas to a bespoke kitchen featuring custom brass hardware. This residence is a testament to how heritage and modernity can coexist in perfect harmony.
